Design of Building Management System Based on Access Database

以某房地产公司需求为背景,采用VisualBasic开发工具,以Access数据库技术为核心,开发了一个实用、信息全、分层次信息操作的小区物业管理系统,该系统实现了对住户水/电/气费、车位等信息的有效管理,可为小区住户和管理者提供不同层次的信息服务。

To meet the requirements of a real estate company, using Visual Basic as designing tool, a building management system was developed based on Access database in this study. This management system has features of practicality, full-information and different administrative levels. The management information includes water rate, gas rate, electricity rate and parking space, etc. it can serve tenements and supervisor in different administrative levels.
