历史文化旅游的性质、特点及其开发——兼论甘肃历史文化旅游的开发战略

历史文化旅游是一种特殊类型的旅游活动,不同于一般的风景观光游、消闲购物游。它是旅游者以特定的历史文化资源为主要对象,通过旅游去寻访、了解历史上前人的活动、创造和文化,汲取前人智慧的学习、发现和感受之旅;对旅游者和旅游业都提出了较高的要求。具体到甘肃历史文化旅游的开发,首先要统一和提升各方面的认识,注意把握其特殊性;切实做好历史文化旅游开发的科学规划和精心策划,处理好点、线、面,实与虚,今人与古人,保护与开发等四种关系,并力图有大的突破、创新;加大智力和资金投入,充分利用一切现有条件和因素,为其发展创造必要的环境与条件;努力打造甘肃历史文化旅游的新格局和著名品牌。

The history and culture tourism is a special tourism, being different from the common tourism such as scenic tourism or shopping tourism. It is a trip of wise studying, detection and feeling that taken the particular history cultural resources as the main object, by the touristsr visiting and looking into the history and understanding the ancestry＇s activity, creation and culture; these all put forward the higher request to the history and culture tourism. Referring the development of history and culture tourism of GanSu province, first of all, we should unify and promote the understanding of every aspect of it and also notice the special quantity; there＇s lots of work have to do on the science programming actually and plan with meticulous care. We also have to handle with four kinds of relations as spot, line and face, solid and falsely, nowadays and the ancients, protection and development. And try to get big breakthrough and innovation by increasing intelligence and the funds devotion, by making use of the whole existing conditions and factor well, and to create the necessary environment and condition for the development; at last, it request to make efforts to form a new structure and a famous brand of GanSu province＇s history and cultural tourism.
