The Exist Problems and Countermeasures in the Process of Socialism New Countryside Construction

论文从农村经济发展、农业产业化水平、乡镇企业发展、农村人口素质、农村社会化服务、农村民主参与意识等方面深入分析了社会主义新农村建设过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策措施:科学制定乡村建设规划、加速推进农业产业化、加快乡镇企业整合过程、加强农村科技文化教育、完善农村社会化服务体系、积极推进农村民主化进程。

The paper deeply analysis the problems which existed in the process of socialism new countryside construction from the rural economy development, the agricultural industrial production level, the rural enterprise developed, the rural population quality, the countryside socialization service, the participation sense of countryside demoeracy and so on, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure measures： set down the village construction plan use scientific method, the acceleration advancement agriculture industrial production, speeds up the rural enterprise adjustment process, strengthens education to the countryside science and technology culture, advances the socialization service system of countryside, promotes the countryside democratization.
