摘要
随着社会向信息时代变迁,计算机程序软件和数据库这些新型的著作物成为著作权保护的对象。传统的“科学技术的向心性和文学艺术的离心性”已不再是区分著作物性质的绝对标准,著作权法制的特性也发生着变革。
Along with the word＇s development to so-called Information Age ,such new types of works as software and databases have become the object protected by the copyright law, And the traditional centripetal of science and technology as well as centrifugal of literature and art are no longer the absolute standards to identify the nature of works. More over the characteristics of legal system of copyright are also being transformed now.
