摘要
介绍了以氢气为主要反应物的燃料电池作为替代性能源无污染和高效率的特点,燃料电池的应用领域、电池种类、工作原理和组成元件,以及逢甲大学研发之燃料电池气体扩散层技术。测试结果表明:当Load0.5V时,该自制的新型气体扩散层电流密度可达1026.4~1149.6mA/cm,而商用气体扩散层电流密度为941.6mA/cm;自制气体扩散层功率密度可达600mW/cm,而商用气体扩散层功率密度为511.2mW/cm,均高过商用气体扩散层。
In this paper, introduced that characterstic of non-pollue and high efficienog of fuel battery for major response matter with the hydrogen instead of energy, applied field of fuel battery, kind of fuel battery, work principle and formation parts, as well as the Feng-jia university researched and developped that technology of gas spread layer. Test vesults indicate that when load is 0.5 V, by itself man ufactured the electric current density of new gas spread layer can up to 1 026.4- 1 149.6 mA/cm^2, but the electric current density of gas spread layer in commercial use is 94.6 mA/cm^2. By itself manufactured that power density of gas spread layer can up to 600 mW/cm^2, but power density of gas spredd layer in commercial use is 511.2 mW/cm^2, whole over gas spread layer in commrcial use.
