摘要 国内外已投运的大型纯抽水蓄能电站,机组首次启动,一般是采用水轮机工况,在完成水轮机方式必要的试验后,进行水泵工况的调试,并最终以水泵工况向上库充水。泰安抽水蓄能电站为了节约试验用水,获得最大的经济效益,在机电设备安装初期,业主委托施工单位和设备供货厂家就机组首次以SFC方武启动进行了大量的分析和可行性研究。在机组电气和主机设备安装调试完毕具备启动条件后,由于进水口球阀到货较晚,现场采用SFC方式首次起动机组并获得成功。文章详细分析了SFC方式启动的原理和步骤,并就启动试验过程中出现的问题进行了分析。 The first starting of a large pumped storage aggregate is normally under water turbine condi- tion.After finish the necessary test of the water turbine mode,begin to debug and test under the pump condition,finally fill water to the upper reservoir with the pump condition.In order to economize on water in the test for Taian Pumped Storage Plant,the feasibility study of the first starting the unit with the SFC is in progress.Due to the imported ball valve hasn't arrived even though finish the main equipment instal- lation,the unit is started with the SFC successfully.The paper introduces the starting principle and pro- cedure,analyzes the existing problems in the starting test.
