阐述了华北石油管理局第一机械厂推行卓越绩效管理模式的背景,卓越绩效管理模式的实施过程,以及推行卓越绩效管理模式取得的成效。指出,在实施卓越绩效管理模式中,要构建先进的企业文化体系、科学的战略管理体系、以人为本的员工管理体系、先进的过程管理体系。
The background is first expounded of carrying out management mode of remarkable performance in Nol Mechanical Factory of Huabei Petroleum Administrative Bureau, followed by the explanation of the implementing process and the success achieved in it. Then it is pointed out to establish several systems such as the advanced enterprise culture, scientific strategy management, humanistic staff management and advanced process management in applying management mode of remarkable performance.
