摘要
提出了一种用分光光度计测定N2O4中铝含量的方法。先对样品进行预处理以消除N2O4本身颜色对比色的影响。给出了测定步骤。由实验确定的操作条件是:显色剂为玫红三羧酸铵溶液0.5 g/L,最佳用量5 mL,最大吸收波长530 nm。实验表明,该法测得的N2O4中铝含量的相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率大于96%。方法准确可靠。
A measurement method of aluminum content in N2O4 using spectrophotometry was put forward in this paper. The pretreatment of the N2O4 sample was adopted to eliminate the influence of N2O4 's color on the colorimetric. The t step was given. The test condition determined by experiment was that colour regent was 0.5 g/L ammonium aurin tricarboxylate solution with optimal 5 mL dosage and maximum absorbing wavelength was 530 nm. The test showed that the relative standard deviation of aluminum content in N2O4 measured by this method was smaller than 5%, and recovery rate was bigger than 96 %, The method was accurate and reliable.
