预应力纤维(PFRP)布加固试验过程研究 被引量:1

摘要 预应力纤维(PFRP)布的研究结果等都存在很大的争议与差异,主要的原因是试验中都未能很好的解决预应力的施加和纤维布的锚固难题。本文根据近期开展的PFRP布受弯构件加固试验和多年的结构试验经验,结合工程结构设计、施工经验,根据现阶段的研究状况,对PFRP布加固试验过程中纤维布粘贴、PFRP布锚固、预应力张拉、预应力损失、试验影响因素、PCFRP布试验进行了初步分析,并针对锚固和张拉关键问题提出了符合工程实际的解决方法,并用于工程实际。 Lots of researches have been reported on the prestressed fiber reinforced polymer (PFRP) fabric, but the conclusions differ greatly. There is an important reason that the problem about prestress applying and anchoring is not solved. According to the experience from the structure test and the analysis about the research status of current PFRP fabric,the bonded FRP fabric,the FRP fabric anchoring,the prestress stretching,the prestress loss, the test data as well as the influence factor of the test, the practical solution is put forward which accords with the engineering.
