摘要 研究了石蜡(PW)和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的含量、粉末装载量和脱脂方法对脱脂保形性的影响。结果表明,低密度聚乙烯含量高、粉末装载量高有利于脱脂保形;经溶剂脱脂再进行热脱脂产生的缺陷比直接热脱脂产生的缺陷要少得多。 The influences of the content of PW and LDPE, the powder loading amount as well as the degreasing method on the shape holding in metal injection molding are investigated. Results indicate that higher content of LDPE and powder loading are good for the shape holding. Fewer faults may occur with solvent and then thermal degreasing than degreasing thermally only.
