摘要
不同类型的人力资本对企业的战略价值不同。根据波特的竞争战略理论与Lepak和Snell对人力资本的分类,本文以战略和人力资本类型为维度,建立了一个人力资本配置模型。根据这一模型,详细阐述了不同类型的人力资本企业应如何配置的问题,并比较了不同战略下存在的差异。
Different human capital has different strategic values to an enterprise. According to Porter's competitive strategy theory and Lepak &Snell's human capital categories, a human capital allocation mode is set up by taking "strategy" as Y axis, "human capital" as X axis. Further more, the allocation of different human capital in enterprise is discussed and the distinction under different strategies is contrasted.
