In ancient China, bribery derived from some special reasons. Despotic rulers made a lot of ao gainst these crimes. All these efforts proved of little avail. This dissertation summarizes the reasons of bribery and the experience of combating bribery. We are therefore enlightened to solve issues in laws and systems for improvement. And the experience will help fight down bribery at last.
