摘要
以不同温度下培育的不同抗冷级别的棉花幼苗为材料,将其幼苗经不同低温处理数天后,测定其形态指标和冷害症状,并与未经低温处理的相应测定值进行分析比较,结果表明:育苗温度对棉花幼苗的抗冷性有明显影响,适当降低育苗温度,冷害症状减轻,幼苗承受低温锻炼的能力与锻炼前的抗冷能力密切相关。
Two varieties of upland cotton belonging to different chilling-resistant levels, i. e, early and late maturity were determined for the indexes of morphological and chill injury in cotton seedlings which have been treated at different low temperature day and night. Results indicated nursery temperature had a great influence on chilling resistance of cotton seedlings With nursery temperature falling, chilling-resistance materials in cotton seedlings increased and the chilling injury of cotton seedlings lessened. The ability of cotton seedlings to resist to cold acclimation had close connection with chilling-tolerance of cotton seedlings before cold acclimation.
