摘要
挂接机构作为土槽试验系统的重要组成部分,直接影响到土槽试验设备的正常工作和适应性。通过对北方地区常用的五种拖拉机悬挂机构参数的型谱分析,确定了土槽试验系统农具挂接机构的调节范围及调节方案,完成了挂接机构的结构设计,解决了土槽试验系统设计的技术难题。研究结果已用于全液压驱动的土槽试验车,使用效果良好。
Implement hitch mechanism, which is an important component of the soil bin testing system, directly affects the normal work and adaptability of the soil bin test equipment. Through the type chart analysis of hitch system parameters in five tractors, which are used in northern area, the paper has determined the regulating scope and plan of implement hitch mechanism in the soil bin testing system, completed the structural design, settled the technological problems of the systerm The research results have been used to the hydraulic-driven soil bin testing vehicles and got better effect.
