摘要
目的比较空腹血糖受损(IFG)、糖耐量减低(IGT)及IFG+IGT个体的外周血白细胞(WBC)总数的差异。方法将451名42~65岁非糖尿病(DM)个体根据75g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)分为4组:正常糖耐量(NGT)组、单纯IFG组、单纯IGT组和IFG+IGT组。比较各组间WBC总数的差异。采用多元相关分析对WBC总数相关的变量进行统计学分析。结果IGT组比IFG组的WBC总数高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IFG组与NGT组和IGT组与IFG+IGT组间比较WBC总数差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元相关分析显示,WBC总数与年龄、甘油三酯(TG)、OGTT2h血糖(2hPG)及稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)正相关,与高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)负相关。在控制了吸烟的影响因素后这种相关性仍然存在。结论IGT比IFG的WBC总数显著升高,WBC总数和胰岛素抵抗(IR)、代谢综合征(MS)的多种组分相关。
Objective To analyze the white blood cells (WBC) counts and its related risk factors among subjects with IFG, IGT and IFG/IGT. Methods With 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), 451 nondiabetic subjects aged 42-65 years were classified into the following four groups: normal glucose tolerance (NGT), isolated IFG, isolated IGT and IFG/IGT. We compared the WBC counts among the four groups and analyze variables associated with the WBC count by multiple correlation analysis. Results Subjects with isolated IGT had higher WBC count than that of isolated IFG subjects. There was no difference of WBC count between NGT group and isolated IFG group, as well as isolated IGT group and IFG/IGT group. By multiple correlation analysis, we found that the WBC count was positively correlated with age, triglycerides, 2-h postcbellenge plasma glucose (PG) of OGTT and HOMA-IR, whereas it was negatively correlated with HDL-cholesterel. These relations were still existed even after adjusting for smoking status. Conclusions Subjects with isolated IGT had a significantly higher WBC count than those with isolated IFG. The WBC count was associated with insulin resistance and various components of the metabolic syndrome.
