公立大学法人地位已在我国有关法律中确立,然而其在现实生活中的有效实现还有赖于具体制度和措施上的保障。这些措施包括:明确公立大学在行政法上的法人地位;采取有效的途径协调政府与公立大学之间的关系;结合公立大学自身的特点完善大学法人治理结构。

The legal person status of public university has been established in some laws in our country, but the realization of status must depend on the safeguard of some specific systems and measures, which include： the legal person status in administrative law should be identified; some effective measures should be taken to coordinate the relationship between the university and the government; the legal person governance of public university should be improved according to its own characteristics.
