摘要
高等教育均衡尽管为社会所关注和人们所议论,但较少进入研究者的视域。研究者的顾虑在高等教育要不要均衡。事实上,在一个公平正义的和谐社会里,高等教育均衡不仅是社会理想的承载,更是社会责任的担当。解读高等教育均衡,经济应该说是一个较好的切入视角;但此种分析首先要追寻的是高等教育均衡经济分析的逻辑基础。循此基础,才可能求解到种种高等教育失衡现象的经济应答。当然,分析最后应该指向高等教育均衡的经济路径设计。
Although higher education balance is a community concern, few researchers has done work on it. Researchers have been thinking whether it is wanted. In fact, in a fair and harmonious society, higher education is not only a social ideal but also a social responsibility. It is a good approach to interpret higher education balance from the perspective of economy. To do this, the first thing is to trace the logic of an economic analysis of balanced higher education. In this way, we can find answers to various imbalances. Of course, the final analysis of higher education should be the economic path design.
