摘要
高校教师的特性需要进行职业生涯规划。行之有效的职业生涯规划对实现高校组织的可持续发展和教师个人的发展意义重大。本文首次运用激励理论从高校组织职业规划和教师自我职业规划两个层面构建了高校教师职业生涯规划的激励机制。
The character of the college and university teachers needs career planning, which is very important for their personal improvement and organizations' sustainable development. Based on the motivation theory, this paper develops the motivation system of the college and university teachers' career planning from the perspectives of organizational career planning and personal career planning.
