摘要 喷雾干燥是利用雾化器将料液分散为细小的雾滴,并在热干燥介质中迅速蒸发溶剂形成干粉产品的过程。随着经济的发展喷雾干燥技术的应用越来越广泛。但在实际生产试验中,由于干燥过程影响因素很多,喷雾干燥的参数调试和试验必须在实际试验中不断摸索。该文采用具有自适应、自记忆和自学习能力的BP神经网络模型(基于MATLAB环境下)来模拟喷雾干燥的输出情况,并用F lash软件创建喷雾干燥机的动态模型,在VB环境下调用喷雾干燥的动态模型和干燥过程控制模型BP网络模型,从而在计算机上实现了实时监测与控制相关参数对喷雾干燥过程的影响。 Spray drying is the process to anticipate the liquid dispersion as small drop by using the spray machine, and obtain the powder product evaporating the melting material quickly in dry material. The application of the spraying dry technology is used more and more extensively with the development of the economy. But in physically produce experiment, the parameters of the spraying dry must grope for in actually experiment because of a lot of factors affecting the drying process. This thesis emulate the exportation of Spray drying using the BP nerve network model which has the ability of studying, memorizing and orientating under the environment of MATLAB. Dynamic state model of the spraying dry machine is established by the software of Flash. The BP network model which control the dry processes and the dynamic state model is used under the environment of VB. The related parameters which have great influence upon the dry process are monitored and controlled by a computer.
