健美操专业学生成套动作创编能力的培养 被引量:3

摘要 从体育专业培养目标的需要出发,针对健美操专项的特点,融传授知识、培养能力与提高素质为一体,注重教给学生科学的思维方法,有意识地引导学生进行创编,培养学生灵活运用已学的知识和创造性的思维能力,使能力培养与素质教育成为一种有意识、主动的而非激兴的、被动的教育行为,并真正得以落实。
