河南省高水平乒乓球运动员心理健康状况的调查研究

Investigation of Psychological Health Situation of High Level Table Tennis Athletes in Henan Province

选用《心理健康测查量表(PHI)》,对河南省高水平乒乓球运动员进行心理健康测试研究。结果显示:河南省高水平乒乓球运动员心理问题检出率较高,心理健康水平与全国青少年常模相比,7项因子均存在显著的统计学意义,心理健康状况令人担忧,且心理健康程度与其性别、入队训练年限、家庭经济状况、家庭来源地等因素相关,应重点针对男队员、“老”队员、家庭来自农村的队员开展心理卫生教育工作。

Applying the＂ Psychological Health Inventory＂ （PHI）, the author performed a psychological health examination to the table tennis athletes of high level in Henan province. The result indicates ： the rate of emerging of mental problems for the table tennis player in Henan province is higher, the level of psychological health is inferior to the peers at the same age in the nation wide, the symptoms of 7 factors is relatively obvious. The degree of their mental health is related to sex,the training years in the team,family economic conditions and the address of family. So we should pay more attention to the men athletes,senior athletes and the athletes from countryside. It is well suggested that the specific education of mental health should be conducted to them.
