摘要
科技期刊编辑人才的培养可采取资深编辑“传、帮、带”,编辑直接参加科教活动,互派访问编辑,吸引优秀科研人才进入编辑队伍,在职深造、短期培训与学术交流等方式,同时应鼓励编辑自我学习与自我完善。另外,人才的培养应依据个性,选择不同潜质的人员,将他们培养成为不同类型的编辑人才。
The future of science and technology periodicals depends on training of high quality editors. This purpose can be realized in the following ways: senior experienced editors teach, help and supervise junior editors; editors participate in research and teaching activities; visiting editors can be exchanged; excellent research and teaching personnel can be attracted to the editing team; editors can take part in in-service advanced study; and short training and academic communications should be encouraged, etc. Meanwhile, editors should be encouraged to improve themselves by self-study. Besides, the training of editors should be conducted in accordance with editors' individualities and different potentials to culture all kinds of editors.
