摘要
围绕研究性学习课程总目标,在其组织和实施中引入目标管理,对其进行层次分解,建立分层目标体系,通过分权调动基层管理老师以及学生的主动性和积极性,消除其实施过程中因缺乏有效的管理而虎头蛇尾的现象,使研究性学习健康有效地开展。
This paper discusses objectives of research-based curriculum which brought into the goal management in the process of organization and implementation. It analyzes the component part in sequence, and sets up objectives of layer system, which arouse the teachers' and students' initiative on the basic management. It enables the research-based learning to develop healthily and effectively, thereby overcoming the phenomena of "having the fine start but poor finish" in the process of ineffective management.
