通过对我国竞技体育和竞技体育后备人才培养的现状进行客观分析,揭示了我国竞技体育可持续发展面临生源危机、后备短缺、退役安置不畅等严峻挑战的原因在于对“三从一大”训练原则的片面理解,剖析了“时间战”和“消耗战”的弊端,找准存在的问题,采取相应对策。

Through analysing objectively to the current situations of the athletics sports of our country and reserve personnel training of athletics sports, it also points out that the causes of difficult recruitment, shortage of potenital sports talents and unsatisfactory post - athletic job assignment that threaten the sustainable development of Chinese athletic sport,lie in the misunderstanding of major training poinciple. Through analysis of the disadvantages of long hours of training,find the existing prob- lem accurately, adopt the corresponding countermeasure.
