The Wa people are one of the minority groups living across border with a long history and one of the races, which has lived the longest period of primitive society in our country. The Wa people are good at dancing and singing. Their Wooden Drum Dance, the swaying hair dance has spread to the whole country and abroad, and received many high comments. Some experts hails the swaying hair dance as the unique feature of the People, and we should regard it as a precious relic to our country as well as to the whole world. Therefore, it is important to do some research on the development of this culture.
