摘要
总结两年来对少儿蛙泳教学的经验,剖析少儿蛙泳教学训练的关键在:表象训练(听觉表象、视觉表象、技术表象)。研究的对象:某游泳场80名7—9岁的初学者分为实验组和对照组,实验级应用表象训练教学法,对照组采用常规教学法。研究的方法:主要采用了文献资料法,调查访问.实验研究法和测量统计法。结论:(1)表象训练法较容易被少儿接受和适应。(2)在少儿蛙泳教学中,适时地适当地应用表象训练,能尽快建立动作表象,掌握正确的技术。(3)表象训练能有效地纠正错误动作,提高动作实效,教学效果显著。
Through summarizing the two - year teaching, analyzing the method in teaching fog swim, the author concludes that the key is the conception or idea forming in Children's mind, including hearing, vision, and images in skills. The subjects are: eighty 7 -9year old beginners, who are divided into an experimental group and a comparison group. The former one are experimented with idea forming method and the latter one with usual way. The experiment method adopted literature and data, investigation and inquiry, experimental method and statistic method. Conclusion: No1, Idea forming method is easy to be accepted by children ; No2, Use the idea forming method can foster the forming of images and mastering the skills ; No3, Idea forming method is efficient in correcting mistakes and improving the action effectiveness, so the teaching effect is obvious.
