公益信托价值之思考

Thought of Values of Public Trust

通过对公益信托的概念与特征的界定,就我国构建公益信托的价值进行了分析。对我国基金会与公益信托的比较,提出在我国目前完善公益信托制度,实现公益信托的价值的建议,希望能有助于我国公益信托制度的完善。使公益信托制造真正能满足社会各方参与者对公益事业需求,带动社会资源的合理配置,对经济及社会力量起到控制作用,并协调和改善社会关系,创造和谐的社会。

The thesis analyzes the conception and of Public Trust and analyzes the values of Public trust which to be built up in China. By comparison between the Foundation and Public Trust, the thesis bring forward advices about fulfilling institution of Public Trust and realizing values of Public Trust. By analysis, the thesis hopes Public Trust really satisfies the Community need of society, while can help to equality between development of society andequality of society, to have a help to prompt a＇harmonious society.
