摘要 随着抗菌药物的广泛应用,细菌的耐药率呈逐年上升,已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题。根据我们几年来累积的经验,并结合最近的文献资料,以下就细菌耐药和耐药基因研究的有关几方面问题作扼要的阐述。 With the widely usage of antibacterial, the drug-tolerant rate of bacterial increased year after year, which has become a public health issues with global attention, On the basis of our data accumulated these years and combining with recent literatures, a few issues about the research of bacterial drug-tolerance and drug-tolerant genes were elucidated,
