74株阴沟肠杆菌抗菌药物耐药性和耐药基因的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌耐药基因存在状况。方法 对临床分离74株阴沟肠杆菌采用聚合酶链反应检测耐药基因(14种)。结果 74株中TEM、OXA-1 group、DHA、ACT-1、aac(3)-Ⅱ、aac(6’)-Ⅰ、ant(3”)-Ⅰ、qnr、sul Ⅰ、dfrA1和dfrA17阳性率分别为58.1%、2.7%、27.0%、64.9%、16.2%、64.9%、28.4%、4.1%、74-3%、2.7%和27.0%,其余基因均阴性。结论 临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌TEM、ACT-1、aac(6’)-Ⅰ、sul Ⅰ基因携带率高。 Objective To investigate the drug-resistant genes in Enterobacter cloacae. Methods 74 strains of Enterobacter cloacae were isolated from hospitalized patients, and drug-resistant genes were detected by PCR. Results The positive rates ofTEM, OXA-1 group, DHA, ACT-Ⅰ, aac(3)- Ⅱ, aac(6')- Ⅰ, ant(3')-Ⅰ , qnr, sul Ⅰ, dfrAl and dfrA17 were 58.1%, 2.7%, 27.0%, 64.9%, 16.2%, 64.9%, 28.4%, 4.1%, 74.3%, 2.7% and 27.0%, respectively. The others were not found in all 74 isolates tested. Conclusion There were very high positive percentages of TEM, ACT-l, aac (6') - Ⅰ and qacE△l-sul Ⅰ genes in Enterobacter cloacae.
