农民工对艾滋病／性病相关知识知晓率的调查分析

Survey and analysis of awareness rate of AIDS/STD knowledge among peasant-workers

目的 了解农民工对艾滋病，性病（AIDS／STD）相关知识的知晓情况和对艾滋病，性病的态度、行为现状，为有效地在城市农民工中开展艾滋病，性病健康教育提供依据。方法 自行设计问卷对本区某建筑工地农民工253人进行了AIDS／STD相关知识的问卷调查。采用SPSSll．5软件对农民工LAIDS／STD相关知识、态度和行为进行分析。结果 农民工对AIDS／STD相关知识的知晓率有待提高，负性态度（除正确态度以外的部分）仍然存在较大比例。在个人行为方面，虽然60．0％的人表示愿意使用安全套，但仍有31．4％的人从未使用过安全套，且只有54．5％的人相信正确使用安全套可以预防艾滋病。结论 农民工对AIDS／STD虽有一定的认识，但存在一些误区，应将性活跃期的男性、文化程度和收入较低的农民工作为AIDS/STD健康教育的重点人群。

Objective To carry out the AIDS/STD health education for farmers in urban effectively ,in the base of AIDS / STD -related knowledge, attitude and behavior status of peasant-worker. Methods 253 peasant-workers who was working at a building ground of Zhabei district were investigated by self-design questionnaire. Results Knowledge of the overall group is of the lower-level, aiming only 41.90% .In the AIDS/STD attitude, negative sexual attitude （except the right attitude） is still larger proportion; in individual behavior, while 60.0% of people expressed their willingness to use condoms, there are still 31.4% had never used condoms, and only 54.5% of those surveyed believe that ＂proper use of condoms to prevent AIDS.＂ Conclusions The male peasant-workers with low levels of literacy and low-income should be seen as the focus groups of AIDS/STD health education.
