目的 筛选有效、便捷的高压氧舱空气消毒方法。方法 复习文献对多种空气消毒方法进行比较、选择。结果 以空气菌落数≤500cfu／m^3为合格标准，达标方法有多种选择。结论 主张连续开舱治疗时舱间空气消毒首选诗乐氏喷霉联用压缩空气强制通风，每日舱内空气终末消毒选择诗乐氏喷霉联合紫外线照射。

Objective To screen effective and convenient method of air sterilization of HBO chamber. Methods Different method of air sterilization of HBO chamber was overviewed in this article. Result Air coenobium ≤500cfu/m^3 as standard, several methods were available. Conclusion Swashes spray was first choice, while successive open treatment was carried on. Terminal disinfection each day should choose Swashes combined＇with UV radiation.
