摘要 HMG是一大类富含电荷的低分子核蛋白,是含量最丰富的非组蛋白染色质蛋白,因其在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中迁移率快的特性而被命名。HMG与脓毒症中的全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS),多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)关系密切,在炎症反应中具有细胞因子活性,可介导炎症瀑布效应且产生明显晚于其它细胞因子,HMGBl作为一种致炎性细胞因子与早先被普遍认为是引起机体损害和死亡的“核心因子”的TNF、IL-1比较有明显不同。 HMG is a great group of hyp-molecule nucleoproteins which has plentiful charges and it is the most plentiful nonhistone caryotin protein. It was named because of the character that its mobility is fast in the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. HMG has intimate relationships with SIRS and MODS. It has cytokine activity in inflammatory reaction and can mediate inflammation waterfall effect, but the effect is later than others cytokine. As a kind of inducing inflammatory cytokine, HMGB 1 is obviously different with the TNF and IL-1 which were generally considered that they were the "chief factors" causing damage and death of the organism during earlier period.
