摘要
基于变频器、传感器及PLC组成的恒压供水系统是目前较为先进的供水系统,被越来越广泛地应用.研制开发的集变频调速技术、PLC技术、传感器技术和电气控制为一体的恒压供水系统实验装置,对培养学生的综合应用知识的能力,掌握先进的专业技术,具有积极的意义.介绍了实验系统的组成、设计思路、实现方法和实现的功能,给出了较详细的PLC中PID控制的参数设置、子程序设计和组态远程监控设计.该实验装置解决了一般实验装置的单一性,可以进行多元化的实验,有一定的通用性,同时还具有良好的实际应用性能.
The advanced water supplying system based on frequency converters, sensor and PLC is used nowadays. The experimental system of constant pressure water supply in which the technologies of variable frequency speed regulation, PLC, sensor and electrical control are integrated, has played an active role in improving the student' s ability of comprehensive application of knowledge and in their mastery of advanced special technology. This paper presents the structure, functions, thinking of design and realization of this experimental system, discusses in detail parameters of PID and subprogram design of PLC. In this system configuration remote monitoring is used to reflect the reality of its operation. Functions such as real-time and history data display, fault alarm processing are designed. Oneness of traditional experiment system is overcome. Multi-competence experiments carried out with this system is universal and Dratieal.
