三(三溴苯基)氰尿酸酯的合成新方法 被引量:3

New Method of Synthesis of Tri(Tribromophenyl) Cyanurate

摘要 由三聚氯氰和三溴苯酚反应制得化合物三(三溴苯酚)氰尿酸酯.通过对比实验确定了乙酸乙酯为溶剂,氢氧化钠为缚酸剂.采用正交试验法确定了适宜的工艺条件:反应温度为70℃,溶剂用量约为三溴苯酚质量的2.2倍,三溴苯酚和三聚氯氰物质的量之比为3.10∶1,反应时间为1.5 h,加入缚酸剂时体系的温度为50℃.在此条件下产率可达到97.0%.产品质量达到国外同类产品的指标.通过红外、核磁光谱对化合物的结构进行了表征. Tri(tribromophenyl) cyanurate is synthesized from Tribromophenol and Cyanuric Chloride. It is determined by the comparison method that sodium hydroxide and ethyl acetate are used as HCI acceptor and the solvent, respectively. With an orthogonal experiment method, the suitable synthesis conditions are defined as follows: the reaction temperature: 70℃, the solvent quantity :2. 2 times the mass of Tribromophenol, reaction time: 1.5 h, the molar ratio of tribromophenol and the cyanuric chloride :3.10: 1, and the temperature of system when NaOH joined in :50℃. Under the above conditions ,synthetic productivity can reach 97. 0%. The quality of the product can reach the indexes of the oversea product. The structure of the product was defined by FT-IR.
