Hygiene Preassessment on the New Construction Project of Natatorium

目的对山东省某新建游泳跳水馆建设项目进行卫生学预评价,为卫生行政部门实施预防性卫生监督管理提供技术依据。方法依照卫生学评价通则对建设项目进行卫生学调查,对可行性研究报告及初步设计说明进行工程分析,结合类比建设项目的现场监测资料进行卫生学预评价。结果该建设项目建成运营后可能产生的健康危害因素有温度、湿度、可吸入颗粒物、臭氧、化学毒物等。该新建游泳跳水馆建设项目的选址、总平面布局和功能分区、建筑物卫生学、卫生设施及消毒措施、卫生管理措施等基本符合有关卫生标准的要求。结论在本项目的施工设计过程中,严格落实本报告书提出的各项卫生要求,加强卫生管理,有望在该项目建成投入使用后,将各项危害因素控制在国家卫生标准范围内。

Objective To proceed to hygiene evaluation on the new construction project of natatorium in order to provide the technique evidences for hygiene supervision. Methods According to the general rule of hygienic assessment, the hygiene investigation of the construction project was carried out. The engineering analysis was carried out on the basis of feasible report and illustrative primary design. The evaluation was conducted by based on local supervising data of analogy. Results Contents of the construction project including the selection of site, the overall layout, functional allocation, structural hygiene, sanitation establishments, disinfeetion measures and sanitation management measures met the requirements of the national laws and regulations. The main health hazardous factors that might exit in the project were temperaturo, humidity, inhalable particulate matter, ozone and chemistry poison. Conclusion In the process of eonstraction design of the project, the sanitation requirements are fulfilled in the precess - verbal, sanitation management measures are enhanced, it is hopeful to keep health hazardous factors to measure up the national sanitation standards.
