摘要
分析了传统纤维缠绕圆柱壳体过程中张力的施加方法,指出了传统张力施加方法中的不足和缺陷.通过力学分析和数学推导,在一定的相关假设和适应范围下,得出了干纱缠绕中均衡缠绕张力的逐层施加公式.
The operation measure of tension in traditional fiber winding technique of cylinder tube is analyzed. The shortage of traditional technique in the tension field is indicated. On the base of the mechanical analysis and mathematical deduction, the formulation of balanced winding tension in non-resin winding is put forward under determinate correlative postulates and application area.
