摘要
应用田口法对高速切削中切削参数最优化进行了分析.设计并实施了以切削速度、每齿进给量和切削深度为切削参数,表面粗糙度为测量指标的高速切削实验,并利用信号与干扰比、方差分析研究了各切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响,获得了最优切削参数组合.
The optimization of the cutting parameters in high-speed cutting is analyzed based on the Taguchi method. High speed milling experiments with cutting speed, feed per tooth and depth of cut as cutting parameters have been performed with the surface roughness as measurement index. The effects of these parameters on the surface roughness have been researched by means of the signal-to-noise ratio and analysis of variance, and then the optimal cutting parameters have been found.
