摘要
通过有限元方法对风力发电机的风轮进行动力学建模及模态分析,得到的固有频率与实测值较为一致,因而验证了有限元计算模型的合理性.通过对风轮及单叶片的模态计算、强度计算分析,得到其振型、变形及应力分布,找出结构的薄弱环节,为结构的动力优化设计提供了可靠依据.
The rotor of wind turbines is dynamically modeled and modal analyzed by the finite element method. The natural frequencies obtained are coincident with test data so that the rationality of the model is confirmed. The mode shapes, deformed shapes and stress distribution of the rotor and blade are got by modal analysis and strength analysis, and the parts of weakness are found. It offers the reliability foundation for the dynamic optimum design of structure.
