思想和谐与精神统一在长征中发挥了特殊的作用,是长征胜利向前的根本保障。在长征中,我党积极宣传遵义会议精神,开展革命英雄主义、乐观主义教育,进行团结互助精神教育,开展群众路线、群众政策、群众纪律教育和群众宣传教育工作,进行少数民族政策教育和少数民族宣传工作等。通过这些具体扎实的思想政治工作,把党内党外、军内军外等各种积极因素充分调动起来,创造出高度的思想和谐、精神统一和行动协调的局面来,由此形成了不可估量的革命合力,有力地保障了长征的最终胜利。长征中所创造的思想和谐理念和实践,启发了我党的社会主义和谐社会理论。

The ideological harmony and the spiritual unification have played the special role in the Long March, and they were the fundamental guarantee for the Long March toward victory. Through the ideological and political work, our party positively propagandized the spirit of the Zunyi Meeting, launched revolutionary heroism and optimism spiritual education, carried on the unity cooperation spiritual education, developed the mass line, the mass policy, the mass discipline education and the mass propaganda education work, and carried out the minority policy education and the minority propaganda edueation work and so on. Through these specific solid ideological and political work, our party mobilized all positive factors such as both inside and outside the Party and the Army into full play, so it has created a high level of ideological harmony, the spiritual unification and operational coordination, which resulted in the immeasurable revolutionary joint effort and powerfully safeguarded the Long March to the final victory. As a result, the ideological harmonious idea and practice created in the Long March has inspired the party＇s theory of a harmonious socialist society.
