摘要
部分高职院校将高技能人才的培养视同某一工种的熟练工培养,这样的观念需要扭转。高职院校应该正确理解高技能人才的内涵。本文阐述了对高职院校高技能人才培养进行反思的背景,提出了高职院校高技能人才培养的相应对策。
Some vocational colleges regard the cultivation of high skilled personnel as that ofskiUed workers of certain type of work. This concept should be changed. Vocational colleges should properly understand the connotation of high skilled personnel. This paper expatiates the background of reflecting the cultivation of high skilled personnel and puts forward corresponding measures.
