摘要
利用MEF3,XRD和EPMA对含Co质量分数为0%、1.5%、2.5%、5.0%和6.0%的Cu-14Al-X的高铝青铜试样进行显微组织,物相和微区成分分析.结果表明,在Co元素质量分数提高后,合金的显微组织形貌发生了明显的变化,出现了类梅花形的新相,主量相中各种相的比例发生了变化.
The microstructure of high-aluminum bronze sample with 0%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 5 % and 6 % of Co was observed and analyzed by using MEF3, XRD, and EPMA. The results indicated that after increasing of Co, the microstructure of the alloy changed obviously. A new phase with morphology similar to cinquefoil appeared, so that the ratio of diversified phases contained in the main phase had changed.
