多级泵三间隙平衡盘间隙流动的理论分析 被引量:11

摘要 运用平衡盘间隙内为层流流动的假设,通过简化的N-S方程,推导出两间隙和三间隙平衡盘在节段式多级泵装置中几何参数与泄漏量和平衡力之间的函数关系,经过比较发现三间隙平衡盘泄漏量小于两间隙平衡盘,而平衡力变化也能满足设计要求,此种三间隙平衡盘的设计可减小泵的尺寸,节省制造成本. The assumption of laminar flow in the gap of balance disc and simplified N-S equation were employed to derive the functional relationship of the leakage and the axial force of the balance disc in multistage-section pump with two and three gaps to the geometrical parameters of the disc. It was found by comparison that the leakage in three-gap balance disc was less than that in two-gap one, and the axial force could satisfy the design requirement. The three-gap disc design could decrease the dimension of the pump and save the manufacturing cost.
