浙江省泰顺珊溪水库2.4~2.16地震的民房破坏调查研究

The investigation on the resident houses damage in Shanxi reservoir earthquake of Feb 4^(th)～Feb 16^(th)

通过对今年2月4日-2月16日文成、泰顺发生的珊溪水库一系列地震中受灾的民房破坏调查(现场勘察地震给震中附近的建筑造成的破坏),笔者指出这次系列地震震害较重的主要原因是:近年农村新建的砖混结构没有按《建筑抗震设计规范》[1]建设,主要有三个方面:其一,墙体违反规范施工;其二,结构设计不合理;其三,地基基础选址不恰当.根据震害情况,最后作者对许多不按规范建设的民房提出了原则性的建议,为今后能最大程度的降低震害,起到了警示的作用.

Based on the investigation of resident houses in Taishun which was destroyed by Shanxi reservoir earthquake and the site inspection of the destruction of building near epicenter, it is pointed out that the reason for severe seismic damage is that masonry-concrete structures built in recent years did not obey the rule of the Code for seismic design of buildings , which mainly conta.ins three aspects, first, the construction of wall was not consistent with the code, second, the design of structure was not reasonable, last, the site selection of base foundation was not good enough. According to the seismic damage situation described in this paper, the principle suggestions are put forward for resident houses which did not obey the Code for seismic design of buildings, which is important as a warning in order to lower seismic damage in large extent in the future.
