摘要
永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)要实现高性能矢量控制,需要知道精确的位置及速度反馈信号.提出了一种基于状态观测器的永磁直线同步电机无位置传感器控制系统,该系统采用扩展Kalman滤波器(EKF)算法对直线电机的位置和速度反馈信号进行估计.在EKF设计的基础上,构建了基于EKF的PMLSM无位置传感器进给系统.系统电流环采用PI控制,其输出用于产生空间矢量PWM电压源型逆变器的控制信号;速度环采用PI控制;由EKF产生位置及速度反馈信号估计值.仿真结果表明EKF能在宽的速度范围内对系统的状态做出精确稳定的估计,基于EKF的永磁直线电机无位置传感器进给系统具有良好的动态响应特性.
The application of high performance vector control technique in permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSMs) drive demands accurate position and speed feedback information for current control and servo-control loop. A novel digital sensorless control system for PMLSM drives with the motor position sensorless is presented. An extended Kalman filter (EKF) is employed to estimate the position and speed states of PMLSM. The system current is controlled by PI controllers and the output is used to generate the control signals for SVPWM inverter. The PI controller is also used in speed loop. The position and speed feedback signal estimated is generated by EKF. The emulated result shows that the EKF is good at estimating system state accurately in the speed range from 5% rated speed to full speed. The dynamic responsibility of this motor drive with position sensorless based on EKF is very well.
