摘要
笔者在灾害评估的研究背景下提出了一种基于XML的自组织运算灾害评估模型,利用XML来对评估模型进行描述,通过对运算类和数据查询类的命名定义来实现模型在评估运算和数据采集上的可扩展性.模型能够筛选和提取海量灾害数据并通过对计算过程的控制,实现对灾害的定量评估,同时结合评估指标库实现对灾害的定性评估.最后给出了模型系统的结构层次,对模型系统进行了实现并阐述了模型的生成和解析机制.
In this paper, a self-organizing operation model of disaster evaluation based on XML is proposed. The evaluation model described by XML has expansibility in evaluating and sampling data through the nominating definition of operation class and data inquire class. The model can filter and distill the huge amount of disaster data in order to evaluate the disaster through the control on the computing procedure. In the meantime, the disaster will also be evaluated by qualitative analysis under the database of evaluation criteria. In the end, this paper represents the structure of the model system and implement it. The generation of the model and the resolution mechanism are described too.
