摘要
利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,考察了橡胶O形圈的大变形引起的几何非线性和接触非线性,建立了橡胶O形圈和沟槽接触的轴对称非线性有限元分析模型,分析了橡胶O形圈在安装使用中,其沟槽内的接触情况和橡胶O形圈内应力的分布规律,为橡胶密封件的设计开辟了一条新方法。从而为进一步可靠设计、优化橡胶O形圈提供了理论依据。
In the article, nonlinear finite element software ANSYS has been used to investigate both geometric and contact non-linearity generated by the large deformation of o-ring, and an axis symmetric nonlinear finite element model for o-ring built. The contact deformation and distribution of contact stress of sealed structure within the sealing interface are also discussed, and a new way to design rubber seals is put forward, which may form a theoretic basis for designing and optimizing rubber o-ring.
