To explain the objectivity and the practicality of modifiable experience formula to solve problems, the paper synthesizes plenty of facts and takes hydrogeological problem as an example. A method, which makes use of original data to model, correlation coefficient R of curve to establish formula type by changing formula parameters, is introduced to establish a modifiable experience formula with two variables. The method is significant and useful to reveal natural laws.
