摘要
为满足汽车向轻量化、低能耗、安全舒适方向发展的要求,采用新材料制造汽车零件。以泡沫铝应用于汽车保险杠为研究背景,研究了泡沫铝填充管的吸能特性,建立了相应的数学模型。并将泡沫铝汽车保险杠与传统的空心金属管保险杠进行了比较。结果表明泡沫铝填充管汽车保险杠更能满足汽车向质量轻、体积小、环保等方向发展的要求,将具有很大的发展前景。
In order to satisfy the needs of the developing direction of lightweight, low energy consumption, safe and comfortable automobiles by using new material, the energy absorption property of metal circular tube filled with foam aluminum is studied and the corresponding mathematical model is established in this paper. Compared with conventional metal circular tube automobile bumper, it can be concluded that this new kind of automobile bumper can satisfy the needs of new development direction of automobile so it will has greater applied prospect.
