强酸性阳树脂复苏试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 对大庆化肥厂受油、铁复合污染的阳树脂开展了系统的复苏研究工作,以非离子表面活性剂FL-9为主的复合除油剂在50℃时除油率达到了99.2%;在温度为50℃、浸泡时间为9 h、还原剂Na2SO3的质量分数为0.6%时的复苏液能取得最佳除铁效果。对大庆石化公司化肥厂阳树脂复苏的工业化应用的结果表明,复苏后的旧树脂各项运行指标比复苏前有了很大提高,经济性分析结果表明,采用复苏污染阳树脂比更换新树脂的方案可以节省117万元。 Research of regenerating cation resin fouled by oil and iron was carried out in Daqing fertilizer plant, the oil removal rate by the compound oil removal agent which with non-ion surface active agent FL-9 as the main component reached 99.2 % at 50 ℃; the optimal iron removal efficiency by the regenerating solution could be obtained under the reaction condition that the temperature was 50 ℃, the marinating time was 9 h, the mass fraction of Na2SO3 was 0.6 %. The results of the industrial application of regeneration of cation resin in Fertilizer Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company showed that, regenerated cation resin had much better operation index than before. Economical analysis also showed that 1.17 million yuan compared with replacing new cation resin. could be saved using regenerated fouled cation resin
