乳腺癌转移细胞检测的研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌的发病率呈上升趋势,亟待研究开发针对乳腺癌的新的快速、简单、准确的检测手段。研究已经证实淋巴结与骨髓作为乳腺癌细胞早期转移部位,乳腺癌患者淋巴结与骨髓中肿瘤转移细胞的检测对于临床治疗有一定的指导意义,但也存在一些明显的缺点。近年来血液中乳腺癌细胞标志物的研究日益受到重视,许多新的乳腺癌标志物被用于血液中乳腺癌细胞的检测,由于血液标本的取材较淋巴结与骨髓容易,便于常规的乳腺癌筛查及随访,具有更大的临床应用价值。现就乳腺癌患者淋巴结、骨髓及血液中转移肿瘤细胞的各种检测方法的优劣及血液乳腺癌转移细胞检测指标的研究现状作一综述。
